Lovely hotel right on a tramline from the station with very frequent trams. (We were travelling via interrail so that was very useful). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar with courtyard garden, which you could see from the lift.
All the rooms had double doors which made it extra quiet and we had a view over the park.
The room was very pleasant, with a comfy bed and a coffee table with soft seats. The kettle came with a selection of teas. The shower room had underfloor heating, which felt very luxurious.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms and fittings have been looked after so well and it’s clean. Great little bar with a lovely garden to sit in!
It has been absolutely delightful. The original hotel is a few hundred years old, of course renovated, but still the level of cleanliness was just so satisfying. Spacious, well lit, beautiful room. Antiques pieces and photos. Our room had the windows opened towards the park in front. Although it rained continuously for 3 days, the hotel spa and swimming pool or just sipping tea near the window was peaceful and warm. I would definitely return and recommend others with 100% confidence. The decor is amazing, the stuff very friendly, the service timely and reception always open. The first day we mistimed breakfast but the staff were very kind to accommodate us. I personally would have liked a little more variety and more cooked dishes at breakfast but the taste of the breads, croissant and dinner items (lamb, beef) of the hotel's restaurant "Florian" is really good.
Great! It has a very pleasant atmosphere in the centerof Graz near the University and the City Park.
I loved the little but well equipped spa and gym. Breakfast is on the basic end, but you find all you need there. The room is also very comfy and welcoming. Receptionists are top... I guess the management is too. :)
Top hôtel with extremely friendly and professionnalisme staff, nice SPA area, nice bar and park, great restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet, great choice of food and perfect service. If I come back to Graz, this will be one of my preferred choices!
Favorite hotel in Graz ! Staff were unfailingly courteous, friendly, and eager to help with all requests. They really went a mile above and beyond expectations. The décor was lovely, the rooms were clean and well provisioned and the bed was really comfortable; I literally slept like a baby. The value proposition here is just excellent. We will be sure to return to the Parkhotel.
I don't know what it is about this place but I've never seen staff as nice as here. Everyone has a smile on their face. Shout out to Anya at the front desk and Deni at the bar. In any case, rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the location is brilliant. It's a short walk to the city center and it has parking in the back. Recent upgrade to the back let's you sit outside even in the rain. 6/5
Excellent service, beautiful rooms and hotel. Breakfast was complete with everything that you would want. Location was very central but also quite, leafy and pleasant. Free parking helped our stay feel relaxed and the pool was clean and modern. The room was very comfortable, quite and spotless! The staff were helpful, friendly and all spoke fluent English.
